The association "LIG Tekuchi" is a public-private partnership, legally established on the basis of Government Ordinance no. 26/2000, with legal personality, private law and non-property purpose, after the agreement of 68 public and private partners to get involved and contribute to the balanced and sustainable development of the territory of the LAG through the implementation of the LEADER program, PNDR 2014-2020.
The administrative-territorial structure of the "LAG Tecuci" Association extends from the southern part of Vaslui County, respectively Pocidia Municipality, and continues to the northwestern and central part of Galați County, including the following municipalities: Bălăşeşti, Buciumeni, Cerțești, Corod, Cosmești, Costache Negri, Cudalbi, Drăgușeni, Ghidigeni, Gohor, Nicoreşti, Poiana, Priponești, Țepu, Valea Mărului. Association "MIG Tekuchi" is headquartered in Poyana village, Poyana municipality, Galats district.
