Description

Sparkling ruby color with violet hues. The aroma seduces with a complex bouquet of prunes, cherry liqueur, black cherries and bacon. After a few spins, it opens up aromas of violets and spices. Medium plus body, juicy and harmonious, dominated by ripe cherries and mulberries. Moderate freshness and soft tannins leading to a long finish with pepper and rosemary. A perfect wine from the Northern Black Sea region, suitable for consumption with barbecue, pizza, dried sausages, yellow cheeses and roasted root vegetables.
