Description
Color: Medium rich pale straw.
Aroma: Multi-layered bouquet dominated by ripe green apple and white flowers, followed by pineapple, cut field grass and a sense of minerality.
Taste: Tight, “stringy” body with very good freshness. The taste is woven from harmoniously connected vegetative and fruity notes. The finish is long with white pepper and lemon zest.
Consumption: 6 – 8 °C
Food: grilled fish, salads with crunchy vegetables, barbecued vegetables, fresh cheeses, chicken, risotto and garlic pasta.
